Become an IT Governance Manager @ LoQutus

Job Description

  • Assist the customer in solving complex issues and points of attention in the area of Enterprise Governance of IT and the strategic IT-Management Processes.
  • This will be related to:
    • Achieving business/IT alignment
    • Secure optimal value from IT enabled investments
    • Enable IT to secure optimal risk adjusted return
    • Advise and implement pragmatically IT Governance frameworks end processes.
  • You will manage or deliver the following activities:
    • Strategic planning
    • Compliance and Performance measurement
    • Resource management
    • (Risk and Value)- Governance and management
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps
  • Define, optimize and implement decision and operating models
  • Integrate IT governance with enterprise and corporate governance
  • Execute assessments and audits of IT governance
  • Coach the customer organization in achieving business/IT alignment

Profile

  • Master degree or similar experience
  • At least 5 years working experience with the Governance of IT, preferably in heterogeneous environments
  • Experience with:
    • Business IT alignment
    • IT strategy and its components
    • Experience in process design techniques
    • Organisational change techniques
  • Knowledge of:
    • IT lifecycle management
    • Service management (ITIL or ISO20000)
    • Program management and Project management
    • Outsourcing
    • Demand and functional management
  • Key personal skills:
    • Insights in the importance and effect of the soft skills: leadership, culture, behavior
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
    • Able to handle conflicts of interest
    • Able to manage customer’s expectations
    • Results driven
    • Structured and organized
