Become an IT Governance Professional @ LoQutus

Job Description

  • Assist the customer in solving complex issues in the area of Governance of IT and the IT-Management Processes. Efforts where you contribute:
    • Reinforce business / IT alignment
    • Secure optimal value from IT enabled investments
    • Assure a risk adjusted return
    • Advise and implement pragmatically IT Governance frameworks and processes.
  • You will manage or deliver the following activities:
    • Strategic planning
    • Compliance and Performance measurement
    • Resource management
    • (Risk and Value)- Governance and management
  • Integrate IT governance with enterprise and corporate governance
  • Assess customer’s IT governance and provide recommendations
  • Coach the customer organization in achieving business/IT alignment
  • Define and help execute strategic roadmaps
  • Define, optimize and implement decision and operating models
  • Facilitate change throughout the customer’s organization and/or departments
  • Expand the knowledge in this domain through competence groups, seminars. …
  • Enable our organization to reach even further

Profile

  • Master degree or similar through experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience with Governance of IT,
    preferably in heterogeneous environments over multiple sectors
  • Certification in one of the supporting frameworks is more than an asset.
  • Experience with:
    • Business - IT alignment
    • IT strategy and its components
    • Experience in process design techniques
    • Organizational change techniques
    • Guiding transitions
  • Knowledge of:
    • IT Governance, preference COBIT.
    • Service management, preference ITIL.
    • IT lifecycle management in the domains of application management, infrastructure, IT services, …
    • Program management and Project management
    • Resource management and outsourcing
    • Demand and functional management
    • IT in general
  • Key personal skills:
    • Understand business value drivers
    • Able to sell and defend your vision at (senior) (IT) management levels
    • Insights in the importance and effect of the soft skills: leadership, culture, behavior, relationship building skills and commercial
    • You contribute and share knowledge and experience
    • You take initiative and are able to deliver results
    • Ability to manage customer’s expectations and to handle conflicts of interest
    • Structured and organized
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Fluent in English, Dutch and French
