Role

  • Assess and improve IT maturity using a focused approach on WHAT and HOW, by use of best practice frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, …) 
    • Align the governance that address all layers (strategic through operational)
    • Zoom in on specific domains that need attention, like “anticipate interruption of Services”
    • Coaching and guiding the organizational change
  • Assist during ICT Services acquisition or provisioning; in the more classic approach like in/outsourcing, RFI, … but also from a newer perspective like Software-as-a-Service or Cloud Services.
  • Integrate Services in your environment
    • From concept through architecture to operational support
  • Set up Performance measurement - Service Level management, from both a business as a technological perspective.
    • In line with your corporate performance focus
    • Not only the pragmatic approach, but also the supporting technology to ensure monitoring of business processes.
