Lean Software Development
Lean software development is an approach towards software development that adopts best practices from the manufacturing industry. Rooted in the Japanese strive for perfection (most notably the Toyota production system), cornerstones of lean are team collaboration, continuous quality improvements, short lead times, avoidance of various forms of waste, etc. The software development industry, sometimes blamed for delivering poor quality or missing deadlines by too large factors, can learn from these manufacturing best practices.
In this seminar LoQutus explains how lean principles can be taught to and adopted by the client’s software development team.
