Objective

  • The key to the success of our Enterprise Architecture approach lies within two core values:

    We prescribe the effective use of Enterprise Architecture within the organization in a vision document.
  • Elaboration of an effective strategy and road map
    We fine tune the approach for the set up of a feasible Enterprise Architecture practice and work out a planning.
  • Monitoring and supporting the effective practice
    We embed the execution of the strategy into tasks like the expansion of an organizational structure and an Enterprise Architecture infrastructure, the facilitation of projects, the evaluation of consistency and conformity and the communication towards stakeholders.

Role

  • Provide advice
    Advice with regards to (i) embedding Enterprise Architecture within the organization, (ii) method, technique, tooling, (iii) analysis, diagnosis and prognosis and (iv) conceptualization and execution.
  • Coaching
     Since we consider Enterprise Architecture not as a project but as a permanent discipline, it is key to preserve the momentum of the EA practice. Coaching is the ideal means for it and this can be in the role of (i) adviser for the architecture sponsor, (ii) sparring partner for the Chief Architect, (ii) support for the Domain Architects and (iii) coach for the Project Managers.
  • Back-up
     Our Enterprise Architecture consultants can take care of the background research by which the internal architect roles can focus more on communication.
